How to organize a TC-supported workshop.

If you want to organize a TC supported workshop, please note that this requires:
(1) at least one TC chair or steering committee member is co-organizer,
(2) the sentence "The workshop is supported by the Technical Committee on Robot Learning of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society." appears on the workshop website, and
(3) it may not conflict with another TC activity.

The TC support of a workshop involves being listed on the website front page, and advertising to the membership.

Our current working plan is to try and organize a TC workshop twice a year. We are currently following the plan of organizing a workshop at spring or summer robotics conferences (e.g., RSS, ICRA), and fall or winter machine learning conferences (e.g., NIPS).
